To help celebrate our 115th anniversary, we have created parish shirts that can be worn by parishioners at fundraising events, fun events, community events, and more! The design below will be located on the back of the shirt. Shirt colors have been selected to match our logo and established color palette. The chart below shows colors available in each size/style. Please note, youth sizes are NOT available. However, if a group has 12 or more toddler/youth shirts to order we can add them. We CANNOT order less than 12 toddler/youth shirts. The company shared with us that adult XS, S, and M can often be substituted for children’s sizes and even toddler sizes but will likely be a bit big on toddlers. If you’d like to order, please fill out the information on the front/back of this form and return with payment to the collection basket or to Deb/Heather no later than Sunday, November 17, 2024 in order to allow for before-Christmas delivery. Orders can be shipped for $5.00 Please note there is an additional charge of $2 for 2XL, $4 for 3XL, $6 for 4XL, and $8 for 5XL.
