Let there be light!

It’s been a busy few days around here and we’ve kept the electrician hopping! But, we finally have lights! Both exterior and interior lights have been installed and they’ve really brought a finished feel to some parts of the building.

All of our exterior doors now have lights above them and on the side door we even get to see the newly crafted trim piece that was patterned from the original 1895 trim. Thanks to parishioner Darren Murphy for making and installing this piece!

Even the basement door got a new light!

Inside we’ve added sconces to the walls to add some soft lighting.

And the confessional got traffic lights!

These huge pendant lights will hang from the vaulted ceiling in the original part of the building.

And these smaller pendant lights are now hanging from the ceiling in the newer part of the building.

We made sure to outfit the side altar area with beautiful wall sconces, too.
