We have insulation! Today our contractors filled in the gaps and rolled out the insulation!

For the first time in a few months the building doesn’t echo and while there’s still a ways to go, we’re beginning to see glimpses of what the finished product will look like.

The sacristy is completely insulated, including the three old window frames that, while no longer used, remain as a little piece of our building’s skeleton.

The insulation gives a good idea of what the drywall will cover and shows us what the new opening will look like in the offset. Spoiler alert, we’ve gone back to the original arched opening.

The bell tower looks cozy now that it’s been insulated, too.
