There’s a lot happening inside, too.
We’ve focused a lot on the exterior of the building but there’s a lot happening on the inside, too. Lots of framing has been happening and now the subcontractors are working hard, too.
Electric, HVAC, audio/visual, plumbing, and more are going in.
All of these pieces will eventually come together to make our parish home a living, functioning, complete building.
The altar platform in the front of the church is complete!
This image shows a quick glimpse of the cubby hole that sits above the ceiling in the bell tower but sits below the actual bell.
There’s lots of activity happening in here this week.
The doorway from the main building to the bell tower has been reframed. This small area would have served as the front entry to the church originally. The oldest picture of the church shows the main double doors located in the bell tower meaning that you would have entered through the tower and come through this doorway into the main body of the church.
