The things these boards have seen.

These old boards have been here since 1895 and though they’re weather beaten and full of holes from their layers of added siding, they’re still hanging on. Here we can catch a bit of a peek inside the church through a gap in the boards.

As the newer layers of siding are removed, some pieces of the oldest layer come with them. In this image we can see one of the boarded up windows and the roof over the side door.

The basement was hand dug by parishioners in the late 1940s when the building was roughly 50 years old. This picture gives us a glimpse of the stairwell beneath the old siding.

This corner of the bell tower has a lot happening. From the building wrap to the current siding to the siding from the 1980s and the oldest siding along with scaffolding and plywood, this area is seeing a lot of activity.

This small glimpse of the foundation shows us the original building along with the newer part of the building.
